Beyond Encoding: Refining and Launching Text-Based Digital Humanities Projects
Registrants meet via webinar software Zoom.us. Live class sessions will meet every Friday from February 10 to April 28, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST (video recordings of each class will be posted for participants who are unable to meet live). The free Zoom web browser client will download automatically when you start or join your first Zoom meeting. Or, you can download the “Zoom Client for Meetings” manually at https://zoom.us/download.
If you can’t download or run the Zoom app (strongly recommended) on your computer, you will have an option to join from your browser. Google Chrome is the required browser for this. To download and install Google Chrome, go to: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95346?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en .
Instructions and the Zoom Meeting ID notifications will be emailed to registrants on Thursdays by 12 PM CST. The subject line for all notification emails will be the same except for the date (e.g., P4H Meeting ID for September 30, 2022). Email codhr@tamu.edu with “Prog4Humanists” as the subject if you haven’t received the Meeting ID by class time.
